The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill ("UNC") and the developers of the Baby Oral Health Program give recipient ("Recipient") permission to utilize the Baby Oral Health Program (“Material”) in clinical practice, for non-profit research and teaching purposes, provided that the following conditions are met:

1)       Material may be used for non-commercial purposes only.

2)        Recipient may copy the Material only for his/her use and shall not distribute the Material further.

3)        Recipient will not sell the Material.

4)        Recipient will not give the Material to any third party.

5)        Any party desiring a license to use the Material for commercial purposes shall contact: The Office of    

            Technology Development at UNC at 919-966-3929 and reference case 08-0074.
